In the Peñagolosa Natural Park, at 900 meters above sea level, on the northwest face of the mountain, we find these strains that grow among holm oaks, maples and aromatic plants such as thyme, sage or lavender in a place with a singular and unique Terroir. Cabernet Suvignon, Syrah, and Garnacha Tintorera are the three grape varieties that are grown and assembled to obtain a wine with 14 months of aging in French oak barrels and ovoid tanks for better control of oxygenation and aromatic complexity.
