Saint Adeodato, also known as Saint Diosdado, was the 68th pope of the Catholic Church. The son of a Roman subdeacon, he dedicated forty years of his life to the priesthood in Rome before being elected leader of the Church in 615. During his pontificate, he implemented a series of reforms to recover lands and offices that Boniface IV had given to the monks. He also faced various adversities, such as earthquakes and epidemics. A miracle is attributed to him in which he healed a leper by kissing his wounds.
