Spanish music will come together on November 24 at the WiZink Center in Madrid in a solidarity concert, ‘Music from the heart’with the aim of showing a resounding affection to those affected by DANA and raising funds to add to the aid intended to rebuild their homes and recover normality after the largest natural catastrophe suffered in our country in this century.
Amaral, Arde Bogotá, Dani Fernández, David Bisbal, Hijos de la Ruina (Natos, Waor & Recycled J), Malú, Pablo Alborán, Raphael, Rozalén, Sole Giménez, Vanesa Martín and Viva Sweden will take the stage at the Madrid venue at an event the only one that has the institutional support of the Generalitat Valenciana and the Community of Madrid, as owner of the venue.
All artists and bands, like the entire music sector, have joined, in a totally selfless way, a poster that wants to represent all music to call for the solidarity already expressed from all corners of Spain.
The full profits collected from the tickets as well as any other additional income from the ‘Music from the Heart’ concert will go destined entirely to the “Som Solidaritat” platform of the Generalitat Valencianawhich will channel material aid to affected people. In addition, work is being done to enable a Bizum for donations through the “zero line”, which will be communicated on social networks and the WiZink Center website before the concert, and on screens during the concert.
In addition to the WiZink Center, the Valencian promoter The Music Republic, and many other promoters, record labels, artist managers, music associations and, in general, the entire Spanish music sector, have collaborated in launching the solidarity concert.
The concert, scheduled for Sunday, November 24, will begin at 9:00 p.m. Tickets will be on sale this Friday, November 8, starting at 12:00 p.m. at www.wizinkcenter.es, operated by baila.fm, with prices starting at 30 euros. Baila.fm will not charge a commission and will assume the transaction costs to ensure that 100% of the proceeds reach their destination, and will enable a zero line for those who wish to contribute beyond the ticket price.
