National Police agents have arrested a woman with numerous records for drug trafficking after dismantle in Cadiz an active “narcopiso.” The establishment, dedicated to the retail of hashish, had minors as its main clientele.
In a note, the Police have indicated that the existence of a possible point of sale on Doctor Herrera Quevedo Street, in the Cadiz capital, was brought to the attention of the Udyco of the Bay of Cádiz. This notice warned of “a constant flow of people of very young ages” in this alleged drug sales point, many of them being minors who accessed said property to acquire narcotics.
Echoing this information, an investigation was initiated to dismantle this point of sale and proceed to the arrest of its person responsible. After several weeks of proceedings, it was found that in addition to carrying out the transactions at her home, the alleged perpetrator also sold in squares and adjacent streets to the home at the end of the day.
In this way, the agents noticed that this activity was carried out every day of the week, increasing at night and there was a significant cadence of transactions that increased during the weekend. As a consequence, the person arrested as the alleged perpetrator was brought to justice, remaining released on charges.
