After the devastating DANA experience in Valencia, there are many people and families trying to sustain themselves in the insecurity. The anxietyworry or uncertainty about the future make it difficult to sustain the different situations that have occurred.
Returning to the present moment, generating safe contact with your stability, and resting in your deep, conscious breathing can help you more than you imagine.
That is why I invite you, in this week’s meditation, to take a moment for yourself, a moment to foster your strength, to find a few minutes of safe refuge.
Find a quiet place and 7 minutes to be with you. Taking care of your mental health, your self-support and emotions is essential to move forward with strength and resilience.
