Xicu Mataof Nordés Mobilewas elected president of the association ECompanies and Professionals Pol Asturianu (EPA).
The first EPA board of directors will be led by Xicu Mata as president and Susana Rubio as vice president and trade member. Alejandra Isabel García was chosen as the secretary and member of Xurídicu-Llegal, and Félix Fernández will be the treasurer.
Inaciu Iglesias, from Institutional Relations, was chosen as members; Inaciu Galán, from Communication, Sergio Buelga, from Cultural Dynamization; Olaya Fuente, from Eventos, Llucía Fernández, from Cultura Sidrera; Xurde Llano, from Sports; and Susana Sela from Linguistic Training and Translations.
As indicated in a press release, Companies and Professionals for Asturias (EPA) has the objective of working to make the Asturian languages visible in the activities of companies, professionals and mutualists.
In addition to showing the economic value of Asturian and relating to the administration, the entity will create synerxies between companies that use this language. In addition, it will facilitate internal use in companies, seeking the adaptation of computer programs or form models.
Among future projects, as indicated, is the programming of charres, round tables and seminars, in addition to the organization of fairs, contests and awards.
