The judge who has been investigating Ayuso’s number 3 for two years claims to have “solid indications” of corruption

The Court that cited the former mayor of Arroyomolinos Ana Millán as a defendant in 2022, accused of several corruption crimes, will present a reasoned statement before the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid in which it will present the “solid and sufficiently justified” evidence to request Let that judicial body be the one to investigate number 3 of the PP of Madrid, because it is currently out of capacity.

Judge Lidia Prado Zurdo recused herself in favor of the TSJ of Madrid because she considered that there were reasons for Millán to be investigated for influence peddling, bribery, prevarication and fraud in the administration. The Prosecutor’s Office appealed because it considers that the evidence against Millán should be reflected in a reasoned statement, a judicial instrument that requires a more elaborate story than the one used by the judge. Now, Judge Prado agrees with the Prosecutor’s Office and is preparing to prepare the aforementioned reasoned statement.

In the order in which she assumes the prosecution’s thesis, to which elDiario.es has had access, the judge cites the UCO investigation, which spans four years, the documentary evidence, the witness statements and the analysis of the information collected.
