Jofemar Corporación has signed the agreement to sell the production unit of one of its investee companies, Sentil, including its client portfolio, to IVS Ibérica, a subsidiary of IVS Group and the second largest vending operator in Europe.
The Navarrese company announces it in a notein which he assures that thanks to this operation Jofemar will be able to focus “on the core of its business and dedicate greater resources to innovation and development”assures its president and CEO, Félix Guendulain.
In this way, IVS Ibérica incorporates into its business the management of the machines that Sentil has distributed throughout Spainmaintaining the technical service and supply that Jofemar itself will continue to offer.
“It is a very important agreement for us because it will strengthen our collaboration with one of the main vending companies in Europe, which will further strengthen and accelerate our growth and international expansion,” according to Guindulain.
Sentil, created in 1999is one of the main operators of comprehensive automated ‘vending’ sales services and solutions in Spain, except for tobacco.
Its value proposition focuses on optimizing the profitability of the commercial route, the management of supplies and its proximity to the manufacturer, which gives it a Complete adaptation and customization to the client’s needs in the field of vending.
The agreement states that Jofemar will preserve the line of business of Sentil dedicated to the sale and design of dispensing machines for Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and other types of consumables.
Currently, Sentil is among the top 8 in its sector in Spain. Recognized as one of the most complete operators on the market, it supplies 100,000 coffee services dailydrinks and snacks to more than 700 clients from different sectors.
In addition, it has the support of a own commercial network with extensive experience and market knowledge present in Navarra, Alicante, Cantabria, Catalonia, Madrid, Seville, Valencia and Zaragoza.
For its part, IVS Ibérica is part of IVS Group, the second largest vending operator in Europe, and the first family-owned, with almost 300,000 machines and Office Coffee Service (OCS) distributed by companies, public organizations and passenger transit areas. Founded in 1972 by Cesare Cera, currently operates in Germany, Spain, France, Italy, Poland and Portugal.
