On October 26, the Guadalquivir River as it passes through Seville will be the scene of the eighth edition of the Seville SUP Festival, a prominent event in the world of Stand Up Paddle (SUP) that not only promises to be a spectacle for sports fans, but is also a key competition within of the Costa SUP Circuit and the Spanish Long Distance Cup.
Based in the facilities of the Lonja del Barranco Market, next to the emblematic Triana Bridge, the festival will bring together both federated athletes and curious people and fans of all ages. The main long-distance test will be governed by the official regulations of the Spanish Surf Federation (FESurf), and participants must be duly federated.
In addition, the day of October 26 includes an additional competition: the third edition of the “City of Seville” Mile, which will be held in the afternoon, offering an opportunity for athletes of different levels to compete over a more accessible distance.
