Quequé responds to Abogados Cristianos with a song after being summoned to testify for a joke: “Tembla, Quequerella is coming”

The comedian Héctor de Miguel, better known as Quequé, dedicated this Tuesday the start of his program Hora Veintipico to responding to Christian Lawyers after being summoned to testify in court for a complaint by the ultra association following a joke about the Valley of the Fallen.

Dressed in the Spanish national team shirt, the comedian called himself ‘Quequé Quequerella’ – a play on words that mixes the word ‘querella’ and the surname of footballer Marc Cucurella – to perform a song at the beginning of his program dedicated to Lawyers Christians, covering the song that the national team player went viral a few months ago:

“Queque Quequerella

a complaint arrives,

Queque Quequerella

he drinks a bottle.

Lawyers, tremble,

Quequerella is coming,

Poland [Castellanos, presidenta de Abogados Cristianos]trembles,

“eat my asshole”

At the end of the song, Quequé spoke about the collapse of the judicial system with “nonsense lawsuits” like the ones that Christian Lawyers “make every day.” “We can all play a role in clogging up the judicial system… I might file a complaint against Christian Lawyers for screwing up my morning padel games,” Héctor de Miguel joked on the Cadena SER program, commenting on this: “There are the judges to judge harsh divorces or homophobic murders or evictions.”

Later, Héctor de Miguel shared his program last night on Twitter with the message: “There is always a judge willing to raise the Hora Veintipico audience.”

The summons from the Court of Instruction number 38 of Madrid, which has called De Miguel to testify on October 30 and December 11, occurs after a complaint by Christian Lawyers against the comedian for a crime of provocation to discrimination, hatred and violence. The ultra association’s argument is that the comedian “encouraged” in his Cadena SER program to “dynamite the Valley of the Fallen and stone pedophile priests at the doors of churches and monasteries.”

“[Vamos a] take all the little pieces of the cross [del Valle de los Caídos] and in the same way as you [Abogados Cristianos] “You go to the clinics to harass women who are going to have an abortion, we will go with the stones to the churches to throw them at priests who have fucked a child,” Quequé said at the time in Hora Veintipico.

Christian Lawyers has become, together with Hazte Oír, one of the most active and noisy ultra-conservative associations at this time in Spain. A month ago, the judge placed former deputy Pablo Echenique on the verge of the bench for a tweet about priests and pedophilia after a complaint from this ultra organization.
