Before Justice there is no room for “stories”

“The lawyer who, defending a case, enters into open controversy with the judge commits the same unforgivable imprudence as the student who argues with the teacher in the middle of the exam.”

Piero Calamandrei

One of the things that produces peace of mind these days is the reading of judicial resolutions in which, as expected, the rational analysis of reality takes precedence. Before Justice there are no “stories” that are worth it, nor “cultural battles” or “arguments” but rather an exercise of the scalpel of rationality that, believe me, is a refuge in times of elusive truths. There is nothing better to dismantle hoaxes and biased interpretations than a judicial resolution based on the rules of reason and the logical norms of law.
