This includes the relocation of public defender services and the adaptation of areas for the new courts.
In particular, physical modifications such as the demolition of walls and the reconfiguration of entrances are being carried out to facilitate access for both users and lawyers.
With the establishment of mixed courts, it is expected that victims of violence will have easier and more direct access to justice, allowing them to resolve various legal aspects related to their personal and family situation.
The new model not only includes attention to cases of family violence, but also includes other crimes of a sexual nature and homicides related to gender violence, so that victims or, where appropriate, family members can file the necessary civil lawsuits.
