Ciudad Juárez.- With revolutionary talks that will take place from October 19 to November 30, they will remember the events that gave rise to this historic event. The talks will address topics that are not commonly talked about, such as the women of the Revolution, the spiritualism practices of Francisco I. Madero, as well as the characters who contributed to this movement such as Francisco Villa, the Flores Magón brothers and Porfirio Díaz, among others, and the relationship of the Taking of Ciudad Juárez in this historical event, reported Daigoro Ahumada, historian and promoter of culture. “We organize the revolution talks every year on these dates with the intention of remembering the events that gave rise to this historical event, and the characters who contributed to the Revolution,” said Ahumada. “Everything is free, and everyone is welcome, the talks are with the purpose of enriching people with the culture of history,” he mentioned of the interviewee. On October 19, historian Alfredo Figueroa will begin the event with the presentation of “The Beginnings of the Revolution,” while on October 26, teacher Diana Espinal Meza will present “Women in the Revolution.” For the month of November the presentations will be “Spiritism in the Revolution”, by the historian Daigoro Ahumada, and “Maganism, History of Anarchism and a Revolution”; on November 9, a topic that Mr. Carlos Uribe will present, among other topics. The talks are free and will be given from 12:00 noon to 2:00 in the afternoon, at Casa Madero, located at 100 Madero Street, in the Downtown area.
