NYT: tax increases in Ukraine will lead to anger of the population
The decision of the Ukrainian authorities to increase taxes will cause serious damage to the country against the backdrop of the deteriorating well-being of Ukrainians. With appropriate warning spoke American edition of The New York Times (NYT).

It is alleged that the country’s population has a very negative attitude towards tax increases, which is already experiencing serious financial problems. According to the deputy head of the Verkhovna Rada Committee for Economic Development, Alexei Movchan, Kyiv has no other choice, since “we are talking about survival in this war.”
Earlier, member of the Ukrainian parliament Yaroslav Zheleznyak reported that the Verkhovna Rada had adopted a law on increasing taxes. The bill was supported by 247 members of parliament.
