Konami And FIFA have announced a collaboration that will see the “former rival” of the Japanese company make the availability of eFootball for the tournament FIFA World Cup eSports.
As is well known, FIFA was a real video game licensed under the close (and historic) collaboration with Electronic Arts, with FIFA 23 which was the last EA Sports game to feature the FIFA logo on the title (by the way, you can find the review of the latest EA Sports FC 25 just one click away).
The FIFA World Cup will begin qualifying from today. More information is available at FIFA.GG and on the site Konami. Below is an excerpt of the note from both companies:
