The developers at Raven Software have published a video diary dedicated to the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 campaign in which they talk about how they achieved this important component of the experience.
Set between the events of the Cold War and the Gulf War, the story mode of Black Ops 6 will allow us to see Alex Mason againalthough not in his best form, and the enigmatic Russell Adler: once again a figure we don’t know whether to trust or not.
They will also be introduced new characterslike Troy Marshall, specialized in undercover actions; and Felix Newman, a technological genius who will put his skills at the service of the mission, once again set in different scenarios.
In this regard, the developers of Raven Software took stock of the places that characterized the conflicts of that historical period and then tried to understand which ones suited the story that they wanted to tell.
Another intense and spectacular experience
After the spectacular launch trailer for Call of Duty: Black Ops 6, the new video further delves into the elements that we will find in the single player campaign, probably this time too short but certainly spectacular and intenseas per tradition for the Activision series.
Compared to previous episodes of Black Ops, the developers have tried to pay more attention to the central hub: a safe house that over time we can improve, expand and enrich, as we unlock upgrades and abilities for our character.
The team said they worked really hard on this campaign, and obviously hope that players are impressed by it – we’ll find out how things are next October 25th on PC, PlayStation and Xbox.
