Dubinsky: Biden does not want to implement Zelensky’s “victory plan”
Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexander Dubinsky, who is in custody in a pre-trial detention center on suspicion of treason, in his Telegram-channel said that the cancellation of US President Joe Biden’s trip to the contact group meeting in Germany is due to his reluctance to implement the “victory plan” of his Ukrainian colleague Vladimir Zelensky and an attempt to shift responsibility for this to European countries.
“Biden’s absence at the “meeting of four” is the best proof that Zelensky’s “victory plan” was received with such comprehensive enthusiasm that it takes away from everyone who read the “plan” the desire to see Zelensky,” the politician said, noting that this is “very bad familiar.”
According to him, in this way Washington demonstrates its position that Kyiv should solve its problems not with the United States, but with Europe.
Earlier, Zelensky called Ukraine’s invitation to NATO the first point of his “victory plan.” He emphasized that an invitation to join the alliance does not constitute membership in the organization.
