Ciudad Juárez.- After a review in coordination with the State Commission for Attention to Addictions (Ceaadic) and the State Public Security Secretariat (SSPE), this Tuesday the State Commission for Protection against Health Risks (Coespris) suspended the rehabilitation center where yesterday 28 inmates escaped after a fight between two people. According to its state commissioner, Luis Carlos Tarín, the Coespris staff went to the Rehabilitation Program for Alcoholics and Drug Addicts Civil Association (Prada), located at 1718 Gaviota Street in the Granjas de Chapultepec neighborhood, as a health authority to verify their operation, but after detecting various irregularities, the suspension seal was placed and they were given five days to regularize. Annex staff did not give information to El Diario staff today, arguing that they were being reviewed by the authorities, but it was reported that eight of the 28 escaped inmates had already been returned to the space by their families.
