Media Molecule reminds everyone that, as previously established, LittleBigPlanet 3 and all its DLC they will come removed from PlayStation Storeand this removal is scheduled for the end of October, so it’s not long now.
All those who have already purchased the game and its expansions, however, will be able to continue playing it, so if you are interested and do not yet have the title in your library, keep in mind that it will remain available on the digital market only until October 31, 2024.
The game was released in 2014, so it has had a decidedly long career so far and it is not clear why, after ten years, Sony has decided to completely remove the title in question from the market, at least as regards the digital version.
If you haven’t purchased it yet, you have little time to do so
In any case, LittleBigPlanet 3 will be removed from the PlayStation Store on October 31st, as will all its DLC, so there are only three more weeks left to purchase it or buy its additional packs, with the contents that they will still be usable later by those who own them.
Unfortunately, the game has already lost much of its potential due to the shutdown of the PS4 servers last April, which eliminated the ability to access content created and shared by users.
It is possible that the delisting is due to the expiry of some licenses linked to the music used in LittleBigPlanet 3, given that it arrives precisely at the end of the decade from the original release, but we are waiting for any information.
Meanwhile, above you can read the message published by Media Molecule in this regard.
