Chihuahua – Governor Maru Campos sworn in Adriana Terrazas Porras as representative of the State Government in Mexico City at the Government Palace. Terrazas was president of Congress in the previous legislature, and now joins the State Government’s work team.
The formal ceremony took place in the Executive Office, where Terrazas Porras thanked the president for the trust given to work from the country’s capital on projects that benefit the entity. He committed to continuing the collaboration work with the authorities of the different levels of Government within the framework of the beginning of the administration in the federal Government, headed by President Claudia Sheinbaum. Adriana Terrazas Porras has a bachelor’s degree in Preschool Education and Public Administration, which she completed at the Autonomous University of Ciudad Juárez (UACJ). She has more than 35 years of experience in various public positions, such as councilor of the Juárez City Council, federal representative on two occasions and senator of the Republic. Additionally, as a local representative, she was president of the board of directors of the State Congress in the LXVll Legislature.
