Jeep celebrates one million units sold in Europe with a special series featuring the Compass and Renegade, the North Star. Most of the cars produced by the American Stellantis brand were assembled in Italy, in the Melfi plant which since 2014 has been the protagonist with the brand’s first model built outside the US borders. In 2020, this was accompanied by the production of the Compass, which among many records also holds the title of best-selling C-SUV in Italy in 2023.
The North Star edition for Jeep Renegade and Compass
The North Star special edition sits between the Altitude and Summit trims, and features a two-tone livery with black as the predominant color that highlights the alloy wheels with summer tires as well as other interior and exterior elements. In particular, the decal positioned on the bonnet fulfills both an aesthetic and practical function, reducing the dazzling effect of the sun for the driver. The black is combined with a body color called Technogreen, dark metallic green. This shade integrates perfectly with the black exterior elements and extends to the interior with more minimal details. For example, details in this green shade can be seen on the dashboard finishes and in the fabric with contrasting stitching, to the full advantage of the overall aesthetic harmony of the vehicle. The black logos and dedicated badges highlight the unique identity of this special edition, complemented by the tinted windows that add a touch of refinement. The 18″ black wheels on the Compass and 17″ on the Renegade give a more dynamic appearance, further emphasized by the advanced front and rear parking sensors and the assistance system
