Cuauhtémoc, Chih.- The athlete Erick Moncada won 2 gold medals at the Conade 2024 Paranational Games, in the shot put and javelin throw disciplines.
The 18-year-old Cuauhtem athlete thus concluded his participation in Oaxaca, Oaxaca, where this weekend he won two gold medals, reaching a distance of 5.50 meters in shot put, and 16.56 meters in javelin.
The young man who also competed in discus throwing, thanked all the people for their support.
Erick Moncada forges a career in athletics, participating in the National Track and Field Open “Warrior Athless 2022”, and the World Para Athletics Grande Prix, in Monterrey Nuevo León, among others.
He is a member of the Chihuahua Paralympic Committee, and receives support from the Municipal Institute of Physical Culture and Sports through the Adapted Sports Coordination. In addition, he was awarded in the Adapted Sports category, during the delivery of the Athlete of the Year 2022 Award, promoted by said Institute.
