Billiards in Derbent ended in robbery and a criminal case
In Derbent, several local residents, after refusing to play billiards for money, staged a robbery. This is reported by Telegram-channel Crime Chronicle of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Dagestan.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a 33-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan contacted the police and said that he had come to the billiards club to pick up friends. Several local residents approached them and offered to play for money, but were refused. At this moment, a conflict arose between those present, which moved from the club to the seashore. The attackers, threatening with a knife, began to extort money from the men, demanding 100 thousand rubles and a car from each. Fearing for their lives, the victims transferred them 55 thousand rubles.
The criminals were detained, a criminal case was initiated under Article 162 (“Robbery”) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
Earlier it was reported that Russian police detained the robbers with a blade and a pistol.
