Ciudad Juárez.- More than 8 million pesos will be those that the State Government assigns to the National Technology of Mexico (TecNM), Juárez campus, for the rehabilitation of the Creativity, Technological Innovation and Entrepreneurship Node (NCIE), reported Óscar Ibáñez, representative of the governor. The state official indicated that the works will include the rehabilitation of the electrical installations, in order for them to support the technological equipment, as well as adaptations in other areas of the campus. This Friday, the Secretary of the Treasury, José de Jesús Granillo Vázquez and Ibáñez visited the “Tec de Juárez” facilities to supervise the progress of the project. The state representative indicated that this center is the only one in the country with specific projects run by students for technological innovations, highlighting the governor’s interest in supporting this initiative. In addition, the Secretary of the Treasury pointed out that his visit also had the objective of listening to and responding to the requests of the directors of the institution. Regarding the improvement of the environment, the head of the government representation mentioned that the accesses and exits were reviewed to optimize the flow of the BRT or Juárez Bus system, benefiting nearly seven thousand students of the institute. In the field of health, prevention and medical care programs have been implemented for students, and it is planned to support the reforestation and rehabilitation of the green areas of the campus.
