Ciudad Juárez.- Eight parks in various sectors of the city are being rehabilitated by the General Directorate of Public Works with an investment of more than 35 million pesos. The person in charge of the agency’s office, Daniel González García, announced that the parks are located in the Héroes de México, Tierra Nueva, Patria I and III, La Cañada, Infonavit Salvarcar, Paseo de Santa Mónica neighborhoods and in the Jesús ejido. Carranza. He added that some of them already show progress of more than 50 percent. He highlighted that among the works being carried out is the construction of multi-use fields, construction of walkways, placement of street furniture, containers, as well as children’s games and exercisers. González García reported that the work is in progress, so he asked visitors to be respectful of the works, with the purpose of advancing the rehabilitation and leaving them in the best conditions.
