Pablo Marçal had questioned Boulos about drug use; Boulos challenged his opponent to do a psychotechnic
The candidate for Mayor of São Paulo Guilherme Boulos (Psol) exhibited this Thursday (October 3, 2024), during the debate of TV Globoa toxicological test with a negative result for cocaine. The document comes after Pablo Marcal (PRTB), his opponent, question him about his use of drugs.
“To put an end to these accusations once and for all, it’s here, I took the toxicological test. Do yours, Marçal, do the psychotechnician”said the Psol candidate, showing a paper.
The debate presenter, César Tralli, stated that the candidates could not show roles during the program.
Shortly afterwards, Boulos’ team published the document on your Instagram profile.
During a debate earlier this week, Marçal questioned Boulos about his drug use. At the time, Boulos responded that he never used cocaine and that he tried marijuana once.
“I never used cocaine. I don’t use drugs. I tried marijuana once when I was a teenager, it gave me a bad headache and never again,” he stated.

Survey Datafolha released this Thursday (October 3, 2024) shows that the federal deputy Guilherme Boulos (Psol) is technically tied with the current mayor of São Paulo, Ricardo Nunes (MDB) and with the businessman Pablo Marcal (PRTB) in the dispute for mayor of São Paulo. Boulos has 26%. Marçal and Nunes, 24%.
It also shows that Nunes would defeat both Marçal and Boulos in a possible 2nd round.
The survey was carried out by Datafolha from October 1st to 3rd, 2024. 1,806 people aged 16 or over were interviewed in São Paulo (SP). The confidence interval is 95%. The margin of error is 2 percentage points, plus or minus. The survey is registered with the TSE (Superior Electoral Court) under number SP-09329/2024.
According to Datafolha, the cost of the study was R$143,634.40. The amount was paid by TV Globo.
