Chihuahua, Chih.- The mayor of Chihuahua, Marco Antonio Bonilla Mendoza, congratulated Claudia Sheinbaum Pardo, who yesterday swore in as the first female President of Mexico, with whom he hopes to work in the best way and have a good collaboration for the benefit of the citizens.
