Earlier it was reported that social activists from the Brotherhood of Morozov – Zlatoust movement filed a lawsuit demanding that Shcherbakov be fined five million rubles. They stated that the comedian uses obscenities too often in his speeches and thereby accustoms children to profanity. Later it became known that the court refused to satisfy the claim.
