Putin appointed Zhoga, a participant in the “Time of Heroes” program, as his plenipotentiary envoy in the Urals
Russian President Vladimir Putin by decree appointed Chairman of the People’s Council of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR) Artem Zhoga as his plenipotentiary representative in the Ural Federal District. This is reported in Telegram– Kremlin channel.
“To appoint Zhoga Artem Vladimirovich as the plenipotentiary representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Ural Federal District,” the message says.
The E1.ru portal previously reported that Zhoga, who is participating in the presidential program “Time of Heroes,” could become Putin’s plenipotentiary envoy in the Urals. He was named the favorite among the likely contenders for the post after former plenipotentiary Vladimir Yakushev was appointed first vice-speaker of the Federation Council on September 25.
