Saime’s statement noted that Those citizens who managed their passport at these consulates must go to the main headquarters in Caracas to pick it up.

For its part, Latam Colombia airline reported on September 27 that Venezuelan passengers with expired passports will not be able to enter Venezuela.
According to the airline’s statement, those who do not have a valid passport must request a “Travel Document” before the Venezuelan Consulate or Embassy accredited abroad and register it with the airline at least 72 hours before the flight.
Latam Colombia also clarified that Venezuelan passengers with dual nationality must present a valid Venezuelan passport to board.
