The autumn conscription for military service in the Russian Army traditionally starts on October 1 and will last until December 31. In the regions of the Far North, the start of the campaign was moved to November 1, which is due to their climatic characteristics. The duration of military service has not changed and will be 12 months. The sending of conscripts from assembly points to the places where it will take place is planned from October 15. Conscripts will be notified of the need to appear at the military registration and enlistment office by handing out paper summonses.
