Hezbollah leader killed | Nasrallah’s body has been found, sources say

Shia Islamist the top leader of the extremist organization Hezbollah Hassan Nasrallah the body has been found, sources tell the news agency for Reuters and a news channel for CNN.

The body was found in the southern part of the Lebanese capital Beirut at the site of an Israeli strike on Friday, two Reuters sources and one CNN source said.

According to sources, there were no visible wounds or injuries on the body. This would suggest that Nasrallah was killed by the force of the explosion, Reuters sources said.

Both Israel and Hezbollah have confirmed Nasrallah’s death, but Hezbollah has not said how exactly he was killed or when his funeral will be held.

The US newspaper The New York Times (NYT) previously reported that Nasrallah wallpaper probably with bombs called “bunker breakers” weighing more than 900 kilograms.

To Hezbollah as a result, a large number have now died in Israeli attacks. On Sunday, Israel said it had killed Nabil Kaoukinone of the persons in the leadership of an extremist organization. Hezbollah confirmed the death.

Civilians have also died in the attacks. According to the Lebanese Ministry of Health, more than 1,000 people have been killed and 6,000 injured in the past two weeks. The ministry did not specify how many of the dead or wounded are civilians.

According to the Lebanese government, one million Lebanese have fled their homes.

To Nasrallah it is feared that the killing could lead to a major war in the region.

Israel has continued its attacks on Lebanon on Sunday, and Hezbollah has also continued its attacks on Israel.

Israel has said that it is working to ensure that tens of thousands of Israelis who fled Hezbollah attacks from the border areas in northern Israel can return to their homes.

Hezbollah launched its attack on Israel last year after the terrorist organization Hamas launched its attack on Israel on October 7 and Israel responded by bombing Gaza.
