Ciudad Juarez.- Procedures for the Urban Development Department, as well as property tax payments, can be made at nine ATM modules of the Municipality installed in shopping centers, some of which are also open on Saturdays, it was reported.
The head of the Urban Development Directorate, Claudia Verónica Morales Medina, said that the idea is to bring all the services offered by the department closer to the citizens, which is why they have trained personnel to assist people in the different modules.
In these spaces, soft transfer procedures and land use procedures of less than 50 square meters can be carried out, such as zoning certificates, land use, official number, interior number, alignment, operating licenses and minor residential permits.
The modules are located at the Citizen Service Coordinator of the Southeast, in the Zaragoza neighborhood, located at Del Valle Avenue 56; at the Frida Kahlo Community Center, at Soneto Street 156, as well as in the offices of the State Government and in the Gran Patio Shopping Center.
They are also located in the Plaza Juárez, Plaza Las Torres, Río Grande, Plaza Sendero and San Lorenzo Shopping Centers.
All modules are open from Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Some ATMs are also open on Saturdays, since the idea is that Juarez residents who cannot go during the week due to work can do their paperwork on that day. The module located in the Coordinadora de Atención Ciudadana del Suroriente, in the Zaragoza neighborhood, is open on that day.
As well as in the Gran Patio, Plaza Juárez, Plaza Las Torres and Plaza Sendero shopping centers, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Only the module located in the Río Grande Shopping Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Saturdays, it was reported.
