A chef and host of the food blog Fork and Twist has come up with a way to make perfect steamed scrambled eggs. His original advice noticed Daily Mirror edition.
A blogger named James said that the most tender scrambled eggs can only be cooked using steam. To do this, he suggested adding four centimeters of water to a saucepan and bringing it to a boil. Then place a heat-resistant bowl on top of it so that it does not touch the water.
The water should be boiling on the lowest heat. The eggs should be cracked into a bowl and stirred frequently. “Stir the eggs frequently. Often at first, but little by little, and then as they begin to thicken, stir more vigorously to avoid lumps,” James said. He also noted that the eggs should not be left unattended for a second, as they can easily burn.

Cooking these scrambled eggs can take up to 15 minutes, depending on the number of eggs. James also noted that although this method takes longer, it is healthier since there is no need to add butter, milk or cream during the process. In addition, the chef believes that eggs cooked without butter have a more interesting taste.
Earlier, a famous American chef revealed an economical recipe for making traditional English scrambled eggs without milk. He suggested using a simple kitchen appliance to mix the eggs.
