As scheduled, last Sunday Turin hosted the 2024 edition of My Friendsthe now iconic biennial gathering born in 2008 from the passion of Miki Biasion and dedicated to all lovers of the Lancia brand. Not a random choice: the event took place in the elegant streets of Piedmont capital first of all because it is the city where the Lancia brand was born in 1906, and secondly because the headquarters where the new Ypsilon was designed, developed and drawn is still located in Turin today.
130 Lancia Deltas in Turin
It is no coincidence that it was the new Ypsilon that led the exciting parade of historic cars: in total 130 accredited models with their respective crews, and coming from a total of six different European countries, they set off from Piazza San Carlo, in the heart of the city, to arrive in front of the Heritage Hub, where you can find many models of the brand.

Together with the new Ypsilon in its standard version, let us remember, the rebirth of the Lancia brand was also accompanied by two historic returns, both planned for next year: the Ypsilon HF, high-performance variant of the first car of the brand’s new era, and the Ypsilon Rally 4 HFwhich will mark the official return of Lancia to the world of Rally.
