Avignon – The trial, which began on September 2 in Avignon, southern France, is causing huge waves. Dominique P. is said to have drugged his wife Gisèle P. for ten years and had strangers rape him. He is also said to have secretly photographed his daughter.

Between 2011 and 2020, Dominique P. is said to have raped his wife 108 times, and in 92 cases strangers are said to have raped the now 71-year-old. Hundreds of videos discovered on the 72-year-old’s computer are said to document this cruelty. “The image is unbearable, I’m lying lifeless in my bed, sleeping, and someone is about to rape me,” the alleged victim said from the courtroom.
“My father is undoubtedly one of the biggest sex offenders of the last twenty years,” the French newspaper quoted Midi Free her daughter Caroline. The 45-year-old appears in public under a pseudonym. Her mother also consciously decided on a public trial in order to give victims of rape under the influence of drugs a face.
