Pamfilova: A hedgehog came to a polling station in Samara and was given milk to drink
A hedgehog came to one of the polling stations in Samara, it was fed and given milk to drink. This was reported by the chairperson of the Central Election Commission of Russia Ella Pamfilova, her words are quoted TASS.
“In Samara, we had a hedgehog wandering around a polling station. He was walking back and forth, no one was paying attention to him. He went into the polling station. Yes, he climbed in. They fed him, gave him some milk to drink, and he climbed onto the ballot box,” Pamfilova said about the “incident” in the Russian city.
On September 8, Russia held a Single Voting Day, which included elections for the heads of 25 regions, as well as elections at the regional and municipal levels. Pamfilova said that there were few complaints about violations during the Single Voting Day. At the same time, she emphasized that the elections were taking place in an extraordinary situation.
