The National Chamber of the Transformation Industry (Canacintra) in Juárez will teach the course “Detection and Control of Critical Points in the Supervision of Industrial Canteens”, for which it will charge 12 thousand pesos to each interested company, after the poisoning of employees in Yazaki.
Canacintra reported through its social networks that the course will be held at the facilities located on Henry Dunant Street, in the Pronaf Zone, this Saturday starting at 9:00 a.m. More details were sought, but no response was obtained from the head of the chamber, Isela Molina Alcay. Meanwhile, the teachings will be directed to supervisors, quality coordinators, hygienists and operations managers. Daniel Iván Reyes, a food safety specialist, will be in charge of teaching the topics: Fundamentals of food safety; Critical points of NOM-251 interpretation and application; and Effective supervision of processes, facilities and equipment.
