He added: “I’m just doing one session. I’m doing a lot of weight loss work, so that’s the opposite of hard gym work. I’m focusing a lot on arms and shoulders, which is what I really need for the car. Right now I was in the gym in the morning, then I did the simulator and then I’m going to ride my bike. You have to do a little bit of everything.”
