Ritter: NATO faces inevitable split within ten years
The North Atlantic Alliance faces an inevitable split in the next ten years. This is stated Former American intelligence officer Scott Ritter in an interview with YouTube channel Danny Haiphong.
“NATO will not be able to survive another ten years. When the Ukrainian conflict ends with the defeat of the military bloc, you will see a deep split in the alliance itself, as well as the refusal of countries to work together within the union. The deceived expectations of NATO members will appear on the surface,” the expert noted.
Ritter explained that the reason for the collapse of the alliance could be the West’s self-cancellation, which manifests itself in the introduction of restrictions against each other, an increase in military spending and a refusal to engage in dialogue with people with whom it is necessary to maintain ties for its own good.
Earlier, Scott Ritter said that Western allies would not be able to save Ukraine from defeat in the conflict with Russia. He noted that Russian troops are already winning on the battlefield, despite the efforts of Kyiv’s Western allies to supply weapons.
