Russian Armed Forces Destroy Ukrainian Armed Forces Deployment Point in Liptsy Using FAB-3000
The Russian Armed Forces destroyed the temporary deployment point of the 3rd battalion of the 13th brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in Liptsy, Kharkiv region.
The drones aimed a three-ton high-explosive aerial bomb (FAB-3000) at the target. 50 Ukrainian Armed Forces servicemen, an armored vehicle, and three pickups were in the kill zone.
Advantages of FAB-3000 named
“The FAB-3000 is capable of hitting very hardened targets – permanent structures, deep command posts. The combat power of this bomb cannot be ignored. It is difficult to imagine a target that could not be hit by an aerial bomb of such a nominal weight,” said the Russian Su-34 pilot.
According to a representative of the Rostec corporation, the explosion of a three-ton bomb creates a shock wave that can destroy, in particular, a platoon stronghold of the Ukrainian Armed Forces with open-type earthworks. This is possible because the FAB-3000 has an explosive charge of about one and a half tons.
He also specified that the bomb explosion could cover an area comparable to 11 football fields.
