Colonel Matviychuk: The Russian Federation is taking active steps to expand the buffer zone
The Russian Armed Forces are taking active steps to expand the buffer zone in the special military operation (SVO) zone, said military expert, retired colonel Anatoly Matviychuk. In a conversation with Lenta.ru, he described the situation in Moscow and Kyiv.
“Russia is now taking active steps to continue expanding the buffer zone. We are actively moving towards Lipovtsy and Chasov Yar. There are good points in the Kherson direction. Ukraine is transferring reserves and trying to hold us back in this direction,” Matviychuk shared.
