“El Aguado”, alleged head of the Los Rusos criminal cell in Acapulco, falls

The Attorney General’s Office of the State of Guerrero (FGE Guerrero) has achieved linkage to the Víctor Hugo “N”, alias “El Aguado”, for the crime of aggravated extortion.

Victor Hugo “N”, is identified as presumed head of square in the eastern area of ​​Acapulco, belonging to the criminal cell known as “The Russians”. This individual was a priority target for the authorities.

The link to the process is derived from a research folder initiated by the FGE Warriorrelated to events that occurred between September 15 and 20, 2019 in the town of La Sabana, in the municipality of Acapulco.

During the hearing, the Anti-Extortion Unit Acapulco presented evidence and data that were analyzed by the Control Judge.

As a result, the order of connection to the process was issued and the precautionary measure of justified preventive detention was imposed, therefore “The Aguado” He will remain confined in the Social Reintegration Center of Chilpancingo.

These actions are part of the commitment of the Attorney General’s Office of the State of Guerrero to ensure access to justice, combat high-impact crimes and reduce extortion rates in Acapulco.
