After a confusing tournament, in which the Monterrey Soccer Club failed in its goals, but showed interesting things throughout the semester, footballers and coaching staff start working now on planning for the next semester.

A little less than a month before the Apertura 2024 tournament begins, Rayados has already announced two signings: that of the star Oliver Torres and the promising Johan Rojas, from Colombia. The confirmed loss was that of Jesús Gallardo, who won practically everything in his stay with the Gang, there is talk that Stefan Medina could also leave the team, the same case with Rodrigo Aguirre, who would be signing for Bravos de Ciudad Juárez.

Who has been, until now, one of the most constant and regular footballers in the Monterrey Football Club, is Víctor Guzmán. His signing generated few expectations, but he has been a total guarantee in central defense.

He did so well that he was called up by the Mexican Soccer Team, led by Jaime Lozano. Unfortunately, for the former Xolos de Tijuana player, he was left out of the final list for the Copa América 2024.

While it is true that already established footballers are expected to arrive at Rayados, ready for high competition and with above-average demands, it never hurts to bet on young footballers who can become stars of the future.
