Two tourists died and another was injured after getting electrocuted in a jacuzziin the zone of swimming pools in a hotel in Puerto Penascoin the state of Sonora.
The tragic event occurred yesterday afternoon, Tuesday, June 11, in the Sonoran Sea Resortand the moment was recorded in a video which was later spread on social networks.
According to the first reports, those affected are a american family who was staying at the hotel.
So far everything indicates that the accident occurred due to an electrical failure in the jacuzzi facilities, although this has not been officially confirmed by the authorities.
In local media it was announced that in this unfortunate event, one tourist died and two were injured, so they were transported by land through Lukeville, Arizona, to receive medical attention. However, one of them died due to severe injuries caused by the electrocution.
In the video circulating on social networks, you can see that the other hotel guests desperately try to help the victims while requesting support from the emergency services, however, nothing could be done to save their lives.
