Berlusconi, budget in the red for Immobiliare Dueville. The heirs race to make up for the loss of 6 million euros
The heirs of Silvio Berlusconi they clean up their deceased father’s brick empire. A few weeks ago, in fact, chaired by the sole director Marco Sirtori the shareholders’ meeting of the company took place in Segrate Dueville Real Estate to approve the 2023 budget.
The company is 40% controlled by Dragonsweet and 30% each from Holding Italiana Prima And Eighthall companies that referred to the late former prime minister and are now controlled by the holding companies of Marina, Pier Silvio, Barbara, Eleanor And Luigi Berlusconi.
The balance sheet in question closed with a heavy loss of almost 6 million euros compared to the 415 thousand euros profit of the previous financial year and the liabilities were immediately completely covered by drawing on 243 thousand euros from the extraordinary reserve and the over 5.6 million remaining from the payment made by the shareholders on capital account.
The red is due to the 3 million devaluations on the 16 properties owned “in order to align – we read in the explanatory note – the book value with the market value”. With 35 million in debts to shareholdersthe real estate sector collected only 283 thousand euros from rents, down from 478 thousand euros in 2022, due to “the decrease in rental contracts stipulated”.
The company recently hit the headlines because it requested ownership of two properties in Bernareggio that the deceased Berlusconi had given on loan for use to Alessandra Sorcinelli And Barbara Guerraboth acquitted in the “Ruby ter” trial.
