Deportivo Independiente Medellín was left, without playing on the last date, with the eighth place for the semi-final home runs of the Women’s League. The only team that could take the box away from him in real terms, Equidad, failed in its attempt.

However, the visitors were giving the big surprise at Techo and were 1-3 up on the scoreboard. Equidad’s final push was enough to turn the game around, with two goals in stoppage time, and win 4-3, a result that was insufficient.
Medellín closed the qualifying group with 19 points and +6 in goal difference. Equidad was left with 19 and +4.
They also had a distant mathematical option, but they had to win by 10 or more goals, Internacional and Deportivo Pasto. The first, at least, did his homework and achieved a 2-0 victory against Llaneros. The Nariñenses did not go beyond a draw at home against Alianza (2-2).
Nacional took first place in the all against all
The purslanes took first place in the round-robin phase and the seeded position in group A in the home run draw, which will be this Tuesday.
Group B, in the semifinals of the tournament, will be led by América de Cali, which closed the round-robin phase with a two-goal draw in El Campín against Santa Fe, which finished third in the table.
The other four squads classified for the home runs are Deportivo Cali, Millonarios, Alianza and Llaneros.
