During the Wholesome Direct it was published a new trailer for Sopa revealing the release month of the fascinating adventure developed by StudioBando: it will be available on Steam and Xbox Game Pass starting from August.
Already critically acclaimedSopa tells the story of Miho, a boy who, when going to get a potato for his grandmother’s soup, finds himself catapulted into a mysterious and remote scenario, which apparently has already been visited by a great traveller.
Miho will have to try in every way to find a way to get homebut to do so he will have to explore boundless deserts, floating mountains and lush forests, inhabited by bizarre talking creatures.
Inspired by jewelry like Spirited Away, The Little Prince and CocoSopa will aim to surprise us with the magic of its evocative setting and the friendliness of the young protagonist.
An Unexpected Journey
Miha’s journey does not take place only in the world he has discovered: every time he returns, the boy discovers that something has changed and must therefore understand how his actions produce consequences in the real world.
StudioBando’s goal was to tell a moving and universal storycapable of celebrating the warmth of family, the power of traditions and what we pass on to future generations, finding the main ingredient in the concept of hot soup.
During the campaign we will be asked to solve puzzles, climb mountains, climb onto flying platforms, navigate rivers and even unlock songs that will enrich our gaming experience.
