The apartment of a friend of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in the village of Livadia on the southern coast of Crimea is included in a new package of nationalization of the assets of Ukrainian oligarchs. This was stated by the head of the parliament of the republic Vladimir Konstantinov.
According to him, the State Council of Crimea has received a bill on the nationalization of a number of enterprises, prepared by the anti-terrorism commission.

As Konstantinov said, the new nationalization package included such large assets as the Porto Mare park hotel in Alushta, owned by Ukrainian owners, and a number of other objects “belonging to Zelensky’s other Ukrainian neighbors in Livadia.” New decisions on the nationalization of the Crimean assets of Ukrainian oligarchs were announced back in March.
Since the fall of 2022, the Crimean parliament has adopted a number of decisions on the nationalization of the property of Ukrainian politicians and oligarchs. In February 2023, Konstantinov reported that up to 700 properties of Ukrainian oligarchs, politicians and businessmen were subject to nationalization in Crimea.
The list of Ukrainian citizens whose property became the property of the state includes Rinat Akhmetov, Igor Kolomoisky (included in the list of terrorists and extremists of Rosfinmonitoring), Arseniy Yatsenyuk, Nestor Shufrich, Sergey Taruta and others. This property includes land plots, various buildings and premises, unfinished construction projects, warehouses and much more.

In December 2022, the head of Crimea Sergei Aksenov announced the nationalization of the apartment of Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky in Livadia. Its market value was about 23.9 million rubles. At the end of the auction, it was sold for 44.3 million rubles. The authorities promised to send proceeds from the sale of housing to fighters taking part in a special military operation (SVO).
Entrepreneur Olga Lipovetskaya became the new owner of the property. In Moscow, she runs a real estate agency and a company that sells building materials. Lipovetskaya’s husband, Ivan Tuchkov, became famous due to a criminal case involving the theft of 330 million rubles from the Roscosmos state corporation. He defended in court the former general director of the Lavochkin Research and Production Association, Sergei Lemeshevsky.
A three-room apartment with an area of 119.5 square meters is located in the Imperator HOA, in an elite building with columns and panoramic windows. The rooms of the accommodation offer views of the sea and the city. In addition, from the apartment you can go to the roof, where there is a recreation area with a swimming pool.
The law on the nationalization of property of Russians in Ukraine was also adopted by the Verkhovna Rada. The document concerns citizens of Russia and those associated with the country who live or conduct their main activities there.
