Yesterday, Claudia Sheinbaum gave a message of gratitude to Mexicans. “Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart,” she said in a video posted on her social networks.
She said she was convinced that this result is the recognition of the people of Mexico “that we are on the right path and the confidence that we will continue to advance with the fourth transformation”.
He said that the conviction has always been and will be the openness to dialogue, the strengthening of freedoms, democracy and of course closeness with the people of Mexico.

Voting from abroad
Within the framework of Federal Electoral Process 2023-2024he INE reported that more than 184 thousand Mexican men and women participated in the presidential election from abroad.
In this sense, the electoral body detailed that after implementing three modalities of voting from abroad: electronic via the Internet, postal and in-person at consular offices, a total of 184,326 votes were cast for the presidential election, equivalent to 71.3 percent of the total number of potential voters.
